We are a Nigerian pharmaceutical and healthcare company engaged in the manufacturing, sales and distribution of pharmaceuticals and allied medical products.

Our story
Thompson and Grace Pharmaceuticals Limited was incorporated in 1993 as a private limited liability company under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree of 1990, and is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 221077.
We were established for the manufacturing, original equipment manufacturer representation, marketing and distribution of pharmaceutical and allied medical products and services. Our work has since grown to span pharmaceutical products, baby foods and nutrition, medicinal skincare, medical devices and consumables, vaccines and antitoxins, and hospital diagnostic and emergency medical equipment.
In 2008 we entered a distribution agreement with Canadian supplement company Optihealth, bringing its products to 15 West African countries through our distribution network. In 2018 we introduced Bovine Lipid Extract Surfactant (BLES) to Nigeria, as part of our effort to address gaps in neonatal healthcare and access to life-enhancing medicines.
Today our focus is on quality and affordable pharmaceutical, medical and allied healthcare products, and on investing in people, research and development, product development, marketing and distribution.
